It's finally here. iOS 13 / iPadOS beta 4 is now available for all iPhone and iPad developer right now as an over the air update.
Those waiting for a new iOS 13 or iPadOS 13 beta will be pleased to learn that beta 4 of the software has finally arrived. The update, as usual, features bug fixes and performance enhancements which should help a ton in ironing things out for those who use the software on their daily driver devices.
In order to download iOS 13 beta 4 or iPadOS beta 4 right now, first of all connect your iPhone or iPad to a WiFi network. Once done, connect to a power outlet as well. Now simply navigate to Settings > General > Software Update and tap on the big Download and Install button here.

Why would you want to install the developer beta when the public beta is available? Good question. The thing is, developers get the updates first, followed by public beta users. Therefore, if quick updates is your priority then you might want to consider the developer beta instead.
We highly recommend that users go ahead and update to iOS 13 beta 4 and iPadOS beta 4 right now. Who knows it might have finally fixed those issues which may have been bothering you since the past couple of weeks. But remember, it won't magically make your incompatible apps compatible with iOS 13. You will have to wait for the public version of iOS 13 to arrive later this year before that happens.
