In order to download watchOS 6 beta 9, place your Apple Watch on the magnetic charger first. Once done, launch the Watch app on your iPhone, then navigate to General > Software Update. As soon as the new update becomes available, tap on Download and Install.

At this point in time it's very obvious that we might not see another beta from Apple beyond this point. Even if we do, it will likely be the last one. Also, it's worth noting that Apple might announce new iPhones next month and alongside that we will see the GM (Gold Master) release of Apple's entire software lineup. Right before the new iPhones hit shelves, we will see the final release of the new software.
