Pixel 4 Retail Box Leaks out Just a Day Before Google’s Expected Announcement
It’s safe to say that Google may not have been concerned about the Pixel 4 leaks all that much since these came out in droves. Even now, there looks to be no end to them as a Pixel 4 retail box gallery has popped up online a day before Google is expected to take center stage and unveil a whole new range of products. Well, here we are, and our readers will get to see some images of how the device is packaged, along with some other key details.
An 18-Watt USB-C Charger Is Bundled With the Pixel 4, as Revealed in a Previous Leak
The image present on the Pixel 4 retail box shows the ‘Just Black’ finish, with the same square rear camera hump we’ve seen on countless occasions. The interesting this is that on both sides of the box, the backside of the Pixel 4 is shown and not the front. Seeing as how Google was the one who unveiled what the front side of both the Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL will look like along with the bevy of sensors both models would house in that top bezel, we continue to wonder why such a decision was made.
It’s not like the front of the Pixel 4 looked terrible; in fact, we’d go so far as to say that it was a step-up from the unsightly Pixel 3 XL notch. Regardless, with just a day remaining, it shouldn’t matter too much what’s printed on the Pixel 4 retail box and what’s not. Some other details mentioned in prominent letters reveal a 5.7-inch display size, along with 64GB of onboard memory. Both of these details have been mentioned several times, and we believe Google will also include a 128GB storage variant for two models during its official unveiling tomorrow.
Additionally, an 18-watt USB-C charger, a charging cable, and a Quick Switch adapter are said to be included in the Pixel 4 retail box packaging. That is a decent assortment of accessories and we believe Google may also sell more of them separately through its online store. Overall, the Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL are shaping up to be significantly improved models compared to their predecessors and whatever details we don’t know yet will be made public knowledge tomorrow.
