The guy over at OBR Blog has posted a new video which previews the Bulldozer "FX-8130" CPU along with three new AMD 990FX based (AM3+) Motherboards.
The CPU being used is an Engineering Sample which the guy Overclocked to 4.6Ghz a few days earlier. The Sample was placed in a pretty neat metallic AMD case. The "OBR Edition" as titled by the user is codenamed FX-8130 featuring 8 Cores (Fully Unlocked) and can be overclocked to 4.6Ghz on Air with a decent 990FX based motherboard. OBR was also selling Samples of an Unknown 8 Core FX-CPU which you can see here. Details on FX-8130 pricing can be found here .
Not only this but the Czech user also displayed three AM3+ motherboards which include ASUS ROG Crosshair V Formula (detailed here), Gigabyte GA-990FX-UD7 (Detailed here) and MSI 990FXA-GD80 (Detailed here). An A75 chipset (FM1 Socket) board was also displayed which will support the Llano Fusion APU's (Accelerated Processing Unit).
All of the motherboard's are equipped with the latest BIOS which rule out the performance issues being noticed in the early benchmarks, With all these motherboard's looks like OBR will be giving in some detailed benchmarks in the upcoming days. Stay Tuned.
