AMD Bulldozer FX Launch Date Leaked, First Lineup to Launch on October 12th 2011
According to a recent leak by Microcenter, AMD would be launching its Highly Anticipated Bulldozer (Zambezi-FX) Processors on October 12th 2011. We already reported that AMD delayed the launch of its Desktop lineup to October 2011 here.
"AMD is launching their new AM3+ FX series processors on 10/12/11. We currently have a number of AM3+ compatible motherboards in stock. These motherboards will support the new AM3+ FX processors as well as legacy AM3 processors."
The AMD Launch lineup would consist of three AM3+ Socket Processors consisting of FX-8150, FX-8120 and FX-6100 and rumors also suggest that AMD can also release a fourth Quad Core FX-4100 CPU at the same time. Not only this, A list of Available AM3+ Motherboards have also been listed from major manufacturer's such as Gigabyte, ASUS, AsRock:
