Well well well, we are finally starting to picture the Motorola Nexus 6 or the popularly known Shamu. This is a 5.9-inch phablet is set to be one of the two first Nexus devices debuting Android L. Earlier rumors and speculations have claimed that Motorola Shamu and the HTC's 9-inch tablet Nexus 9 (aka HTC Volantis) will be unveiled coming October. Android L will follow the duo launch earlier in November.
Motorola Shamu leaked image:
Following yesterday's leaked image of Motorola Shamu, we are looking at another shot of the very large phablet. This Shamu image is quite blurry, however, we can still spot Shamu and Android L on the phone page. The latest Shamu image shows the front of the phone with the About Phone page of the phablet. The image has been allegedly adjusted to show the text. This About Phone image reveals Android L as mentioned before along with showing that the device will run on the AOSP build of the upcoming mobile OS.
Earlier Motorola Nexus 6 image has shown the phablet alongside the LG G3 which is a 5.5-inch device in order to show a visual reference guide on how large the device would exactly be. The rumored Motorola Nexus 6 or Shamu will be a 5.9-inch phablet sporting a Quad HD 1440p resolution display panel. Some rumors also indicate that the device might be a 5.2-inches smartphone, however, no major support or images have yet been seen to confirm the latter size. The device will be powered by a Snapdragon 805 processing chip from Qualcomm.
