Windows 10 10166 Available to Fast Ring Members – Brings Microsoft WiFi
Microsoft is not releasing to manufacture build today, however, it keeps improving Windows 10 in the meantime. We had shared with you earlier this week that another build was expected this week too, apart from the RTM. While we may not be seeing the RTM build released today, Microsoft has just released a new build today keeping the hype up.
Windows 10 10166 features:
While Microsoft is working on the perfecting the RTM build of Windows 10, it doesn’t stop letting the users have some insider looks too. An improved Windows 10 build is now releasing to Fast ring members. Windows 10 10166 is focused on improving the user experience and fixing some more bugs to make the Windows ready for the final release. Remember, Microsoft’s Gabe Aul has given his thumbs up saying, “now is definitely the time to upgrade to the most current build. We’re getting close to release now and the whole team here is working hard and incredibly excited!”
With Windows 10 10166, Microsoft Wi-Fi has also gone live. Microsoft WiFi is a rebranded version of Skype WiFi that lets you purchase credit using it further to connect to paid networks for internet connectivity. Redmond has partnered with many providers and carriers to provide the service. Fast ring insiders in the Seattle area can now try out the Microsoft WiFi app. The service will be available to other areas of the U.S. soon.
Once you have installed Windows 10 10166, you can access the feature by clicking on the Network icon in the taskbar. Select Buy Wi-Fi from Windows Store to get going!
