New Street Fighter 6 gameplay footage was shared online, providing a new look at one of the new characters that will make her debut in the highly anticipated sixth entry in the fighting game series by CAPCOM.

The new footage, which was shared on Twitter, focuses on Lily, one of the few newcomers of the game, and on her ability to store multiple Windclad Stocks with Condor Wind to power up a few other special moves.

Yesterday, CAPCOM also shared more Street Fighter 6 footage focusing on Zangief, one of the last returning characters to get showcased. The new footage is pretty interesting, as it shows the return of an old move since the Alpha days and the brand new Overdrive Lariat.

As further confirmed by the latest gameplay footage, the Street Fighter 6 development team is doing an excellent job modernizing returning characters in interesting ways. As I highlighted in my closed beta preview, not only do returning characters have a lot of new tricks up their sleeves, but newcomers such as Jaime and Kimberly also have interesting fighting styles that made me want to learn multiple characters this time around instead of sticking to a main.

Street Fighter 6 launches on June 2nd, 2023 on PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X, and Xbox Series S worldwide. We will keep you updated on the game as soon as more come in on it, so stay tuned for all the latest news.
