As we reach the end of November, information about the Samsung Galaxy S7 and the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge has started to surface at a nice pace. We've seen a lot of leaks, rumors and speculation surface that peg the upcoming devices with a host of impressive features. The Galaxy S7 and the Galaxy S7 Edge are expected to feature Qualcomm's Snapdragon 820 and Samsung's Exynos 8890 under the hood, potentially mark the return of microSD on the Galaxy S lineup and feature camera and other upgrades. Today, some information has surfaced about their screen sizes so lets take a look below at what to expect from the company at the sidelines of MWC in Barcelona next year.
Samsung Galaxy S7 And Galaxy S7 Edge To Come With 5.2 and 5.7 Inch Screens Claim Sources
When it comes to the Samsung Galaxy S7, we've heard quite a lot about the device. Samsung's upcoming flagship launch will be vastly different from the Galaxy S6 and the Galaxy S6 Edge, in terms of features and specifications. The Galaxy S7 is expected to come with a rear camera of resolution 20.7MP that will be coupled with the company's brand new BRITCELL imaging technology, that Samsung showed off a couple of days back.
On the processor side of things, as mentioned above, Qualcomm's Snapdragon will be making a return to the Galaxy S lineup, after being dropped by the Korean electronics giant earlier this year. Dimension wise, both the Galaxy S7 and the Galaxy S7 Edge are expected to come with larger screen sizes when compared to their predecessors, something which we have also heard before.
Speaking of the Galaxy S7 Edge, our sources also claim that the device will not only be featuring a curvature on both sides, but on the top and bottom as well. How Samsung manages to pull that off and what new features will that bring on the table, we'll only know once the device sees the light of day.
