Google Pixel Saw a Significant Growth in U.S. Market Share

We have already seen the base Pixel 8 variant get unboxed in a video, and today, we have the same source showing us what the Pixel 8 Pro will look like once you unbox it. Honestly, it is everything we had expected, and if you are a fan of Google's design language, it is certainly a good offering.

The Pixel 8 Pro is a gorgeous piece of glass and metal, especially in this Obsidian colorway

A short YouTube clip was posted earlier showing the unboxing of the Pixel 8 Pro. You are getting a Quick Switch adapter, a USB-C to USB-C cable, and that's about it. Google is not going to be giving you any power brick or extra goodies, but that should not come as a surprise to anyone. You can have a look at the images below:

Looking at the phone, you can tell that Google has opted for a matte finish, so if you are looking for a phone that does not pick up fingerprints, this is definitely a good option. You can actually use this phone without a case, provided you do not go around dropping it, because then that would be an issue for everyone.

Regarding the release date, we already know that the Pixel 8 series is going official on 4th October. So, we will have to wait for more details on what Google offers this time. Overall, I can safely say that if you are looking for a good flagship,  then the new phones are excellent. Earlier today, we even looked at the scores of the new Tensor G3, and although it is promising, it still lags behind the competition. That should not be an issue because Google itself made it clear that the performance of the Pixel phones is more than satisfactory, and the company does not care about the benchmarks. You can have a look at the unboxing video below.
