OnePlus 7 Pro Sees First Live Images With A Pop Up Front Camera

We're seeing regular leaks for the OnePlus 7 Pro these days, as the device's launch date heads near. OnePlus will bet it all on the gadget, as the company looks to formally enter the mainstream flagship smartphone market. While Chinese manufacturers such as Huawei, Xiaomi and Oppo find it difficult to enter and operate in the American smartphone market, OnePlus has received the blessings of mobile carriers, This has set the company up nicely for future releases, and now, it's looking as if OnePlus is ready to seize the moment. On that note, we've got a fresh live image leak for the OnePlus 7 Pro today, so take a look below for more details.

OnePlus 7 Pro Hands On Live Image Leak Confirms A Pop-Up Camera On The Device's Front

Judging by the leaks so far, OnePlus has tried its best to ensure that the OnePlus 7 Pro will be able to stand on its own two feet against this year's launched and yet-to-launch flagship smartphones. Not only will the device feature Qualcomm's 7nm Snapdragon 855 processor, but OnePlus has confirmed that it will also come with UFS 3.0 storage. Additionally, if a claim made by famed tipster Ice_Universe is correct, then the OnePlus 7 Pro will become the first smartphone to feature both UFS 3.0 storage and HDR10+ display support.

A combination of these specifications together with a hefty battery will ensure that the OnePlus 7 Pro will be a smartphone in its own league. Now, while we've seen renders of the device leak, its live images haven't made rounds on the rumor mill so far. Well, this changes today, as we've got two images of the gadget courtesy of an Instagram influencer.

The images confirm that the smartphone will feature a pop-up front camera sensor, but owing to their low quality, we can't determine other design and aesthetic details for the OnePlus 7 Pro. The smartphone's sloping display edges are visible though, and if we're careless, then we'd also assume that bezel thickness for the device is larger than what the renders have shown and what the rumor mill has made us believe.

A strong feature of the OnePlus 7 Pro will be the device's rear camera setup, which will allow it to achieve up to 3x Optical Zoom. OnePlus has been eager to promote this bit, as the company gave an early review unit of the OnePlus 7 Pro to Wired magazine. Now, it's up to the market to decide whether the upcoming smartphone will be a hit or a miss. Thoughts? Let us know what you think in the comments section below and stay tuned.
