A New Nothing Phone 2a Leak Tells Us How the Phone Will Indeed Feature the Glyph Interface Contrary to Previous Leak

Nothing Phone 2a Leaked Price Confirms It As the Cheapest Nothing Phone in the Market

Despite being leaked numerous times, the Nothing Phone 2a is still a mystery to a lot of us because the phone has not hit the shelves. The last leak that we had on the phone talked about how the phone would be ditching the Glyph Interface, and now, Evan Blass, the man with a perfect leak record, has suggested that it will not be the case and the phone will have the lighting interface, it just won't be as extravagant as the other Nothing phones that we have seen.

The Nothing Phone 2a will have a lighting system. It's just a lot more subdued as compared to its predecessors

This conflicting situation started with the renders of Nothing Phone 2a leaked a while ago, and they showed how the company has completely decided to ditch the Glyph Interface altogether. That leak was coming from a reliable source, and I was under the impression that this was going ot be the case, but now Evan Blass has come forward and talked about how the lighting system will be making a return, just not how some of us were looking forward.

As you can see in the image above, you can see the Nothing Phone 2a in the right image is something that we have seen in the past, as well. The render on the left side is a relatively newer one that has only appeared on the internet once. My guess is that the render on the right is how the phone is going to look going forward, but we are going to have to wait until the official announcement.

As far as other details on the phone are concerned, we do know that it is launching somewhere during the MWC this month. The phone does appear to be better than the Nothing Phone 1 and less powerful than the Nothing Phone 2. In all honesty, I love the work that Nothing is doing--instead of jumping into the flagship category right away, the company is exploring a different route, which seems to be working so far. For starters, we still have not seen a Nothing phone with proper flagship specs, and while there is a possibility in the future, for now, we have to see what the Nothing Phone 2a has to offer.

Do you think the Nothing Phone 2a has what it takes to deliver performance at an affordable price without messing up the user experience and retaining its affordable price? Let us know what your thoughts are in the comments below.
