Metro Exodus is going to be a very pretty game. The bits of footage we’ve seen so far have made that abundantly obvious, and developer 4A Games has pledged to utilize the latest PC tech, including ray tracing, and possibly NVIDIA DLSS, in the future. So, what kind of rig will you need to run this post-apocalyptic beast? Well, 4A has released Metro Exodus’ full PC requirements, and on the lower end they’re not too demanding. That said, if you want to play on higher settings, you’re going to need a beefy GPU with a ton of VRAM, with the only card recommended for Extreme settings being a RTX 2080 Ti.

Wccftech's Callum Agnew recently got to go hands-on with Metro Exodus and came away impressed

“Metro Exodus is a horrifying pleasure to play. It’s incredibly beautiful, one particular shot at night with the moon’s light beaming through the trees actually had me stop for a moment. I then got my back slashed open by a mutant bear. I suppose I should have used the photo mode.”

Metro Exodus arrives on PC, Xbox One, and PS4 on February 15.
