You can pre-order through Apple's online store and the Apple Store app. However, do take note that the pre-orders have only gone live in the United States. iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus, Apple Watch Series 3 And Apple TV 4K Pre-Orders Are Now Live
In terms of the iPhone 8 and 8 Plus, the devices come in two storage variant, the 64GB and 256GB storage. In addition to this, you can get the flagship devices in three different color options. The 4.7-inch iPhone 8 is available for $699, while the iPhone 8 Plus is available from $799 for the 64GB variant. However, be sure to note that due to increased demand of the new flagships from Apple, the shipments have slipped to a few weeks within minutes after the pre-orders went live.
At this point in time, the Apple store appears to show shipping estimates of 1-2 weeks for the iPhone 8 and 8 Plus in the Space Gray color option. Nonetheless, the said shipping estimates are for T-Mobile, other carriers are still showing 1-week shipping estimates.
