Here's the Lead Researcher's Office Puzzle Box Combination in Resident
As you venture deeper into the Rhodes Hill Care Center in Resident Evil Requiem, your search for the escape items will lead you to the Lead Researcher’s Office. Inside, you’ll find another locked Puzzle Box like the one in the Chairman's Office, containing a vital progression item.
However, unlike the Chairman’s puzzle box, you cannot interact with this one straight away. You’ll need a specific item to bypass a physical lock first.
If you are in a hurry or want to save Grace from unnecessary wandering, the correct combination is: Star - Sun - Moon - Sun
The Corrosive
The corrosive is required to interact with the puzzle box
Before you can even worry about the combination, you will notice the Puzzle Box is secured by a heavy padlock. This cannot be broken by any of Grace's tools and must be dissolved using the Corrosive, which is located inside the Conference Room.

The Rewards
Opening the box rewards you with two important items:
The Sun Quartz: This is the second of the three critical items needed to escape the Rhodes Hill Care Center.
Organ transport box note: a note containing the instructions on how to unlock the organ transport box found in the care center's Garage. The artificial organ stored inside is crucial to solving a later puzzle.
