If you are unfamiliar, Google's Now Playing feature detects music around you so you do not have to scour the internet with lyrics just to reach its name. This is all there is to it. You will now easily know the name of any song that is playing in the background. Moreover, when you are connected to the WiFi, your Pixel device will download the database of songs. What this means is that your Pixel phone can even notify you of song names when you are not connected to the internet.
