Google has confirmed that if you break your Pixel Watch's display, it cannot be repaired. Simply because the company does not officially sell replacement screens for the watch, and at the moment, there is no third-party option to get things repaired, either. Another thing to note here is that the watch's warranty does not cover damages caused by drops or strikes.

This can be sad for people who have bought the Pixel Watch and have been using it carelessly. If you still have it, I highly suggest keeping it safe. In a conversation with The Verge, the Google spokesperson, Bridget Starkey said, “At this moment, we don’t have any repair option for the Google Pixel Watch. If your watch is damaged, you can contact the Google Pixel Watch Customer Support Team to check your replacement options.”
Not only that, people on Reddit and Google forums have also started talking about the issue, and apparently, even Google's support staff is not sure how to help them with the issue. A Reddit user who broke their watch last year had this to say, "Support told me that they were offering some type of exchange to people that damaged their watches but could not tell me what the cost for this service was. I had to be escalated to a specialist to find out what the cost was.”
The only solution that we have, at the time of writing, is buying an old Pixel Watch that is no longer functional because of some other issue, salvaging the screen, and installing it onto your watch, but this solution comes with its own set of complications, so your best bet is to accept this loss and wait for the sequel.
Google will be releasing the Pixel Watch 2 next month alongside the Pixel 8 phones, and I am hoping that the new smartwatch offers better overall repairability because this is a sad status for anyone who purchased a new smartwatch only to realize that the screen cannot be repaired in any way.
