Download: iOS 12.4.1 for iPhone, iPad, iPod touch – Jailbreakers Stay Away
Apple has just released iOS 12.4.1 for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch users. Jailbreakers should stay away from this update.
If you've been enjoying the latest jailbreak, then you might want to take extreme caution at this point. Why? Because the latest update from Apple is nothing more than a spring cleaning release that kills the latest jailbreak possible on iOS 12.4 altogether.
In order to download iOS 12.4.1 right now, if that's what you want to do, then first of all connect to a WiFi network and make sure that you have 50% or more battery available on your phone or tablet. Now launch the Settings app, then navigate to General > Software Update. Tap on the Download and Install button and iOS 12.4.1 will start downloading onto your device. Once it is done downloading, the update will be verified and installed. Your phone or tablet will restart so save all your work before proceeding.
If security is something which you value the most then it is highly recommended that you go ahead and install iOS 12.4.1 right now. Prefer to jailbreak instead and reap its benefits then you should steer clear of this update and those that come after it.
Looking to clean install the latest update instead? Then you may go ahead and download the IPSW file from the links below and restore using iTunes. But given how small this update is in size, it's best to take the over the air method which is outlined above.
