You can now download iOS 12.3.2 for iPhone 8 Plus. This update is only for iPhone 8 Plus users with Portrait Mode fixes.
Apple has just released iOS 12.3.2. It's a small little update that is aimed primarily at iPhone 8 Plus users who might have noticed that images they shot using Portrait Mode were not saved with brokeh in the background. Hopefully, with this update, everything has been fixed.
Here is the changelog of the update.
iOS 12.3.2 resolves an issue that could cause Camera to capture Portrait mode photos without depth effect on some iPhone 8 Plus devices.
It's highly recommended that you go ahead and install this update right now. You can totally do it over the air by simply going to Settings > General > Software Update on your phone or tablet. You'll need a WiFi connection, so keep that in mind.
Though this is a very tiny update compared to what's about to come with iOS 12.4, you still have the option to install the update fresh using iTunes. Just download iOS 12.3.2 IPSW from the link below and head over to this guide for further details: How to Clean Install iOS 12 on iPhone, iPad, iPod touch [Detailed Tutorial]
Since you are going to be performing a clean install, therefore you will lose all your files and settings therefore it would be a very great idea to take a backup of everything using iTunes or iCloud right now. Once the installation is complete, just restore from the backup and everything will be presented to you just the way you left it before plugging your iPhone 8 Plus to your PC or Mac using a Lightning cable.

If you are iPhone 8 Plus user, your Portrait Mode should now be thoroughly fixed once and for all. Give the Camera app a spin right after installing the update to make sure that is the case.
