Daydream View is currently unavailable at the Google Store, but that’s because it will officially be available on November 10. The headset is actually 30 percent more lightweight compared to other VR headsets out there. Consumers who are affected by weak eyesight will not run into problems since Daydream View will be able to present content in the same manner as those with healthy peripheral visions. However, here’s one thing to note if you want to start viewing Daydream content on the headset. Your device needs to be running Android Nougat 7.0 and should be Daydream ready. More phones will be introduced in the future but currently, Pixel and Pixel XL are compatible with Daydream because they are running powerful hardware as well as the latest version of Android.
