WoW Classic Demo Max Graphics vs. Classic Settings Video Compares Ultra High Settings With Original Classic Visuals
A new video has surfaced online which compares the original vanilla World of Warcraft visuals to the new WoW Classic Demo graphics on ultra-high settings.
The preload for the upcoming WoW Classic demo went up last week and datamining revealed a ‘Classic’ button in the system pane. Reportedly, the WoW Classic demo used the modern Legion/Battle for Azeroth client with its more advanced graphical options, and the ‘Classic’ button allows players to switch back to the original Vanilla graphics from 2004.
Following our post, Youtuber ‘Tips Out’ published a new video comparing the ‘new’ visuals to the original Vanilla graphics. Check out the video below:
The video clearly shows that the WoW Classic Demo uses the modern’s client Ultra High settings which results in more detailed environments, denser foliage, and enhanced shadows. We’ve included some comparison shots taken from the video down below as well:
The WoW Classic Demo will be playable at Blizzcon next week, and for those who purchase a Virtual Ticket for the event.
