Super Mario Eclipse is an awesome upcoming Super Mario Sunshine mod for PC owners, and a free demo is available for download now.

Created by the 'Eclipse Team', the Super Mario Eclipse mod will basically be a sequel to 2002's Super Mario Sunshine for the GameCube. It will add new characters, new moves, new environments, and plenty of new sprites.

It's truly an ambitious and lovely-looking project, and we're pretty sure that Mario fans will appreciate this mod. Here's what one user had to say about the mod some months ago:

"Playing through the entirety of this game has been a real blast", the user writes. "Never before have I seen a mod that revamps so much of the original game, to the point where it feels like it's not even Super Mario Sunshine anymore, but rather a game using it's engine. And just to think that this is still a DEMO of all things."

This actually is the second demo for the upcoming mod, and we've included the main features of this demo below. We also included the freshly-released release date announcement trailer. Back in 2021, we already reported on the first demo for this upcoming Super Mario Sunshine mod.

Super Mario Eclipse Mod Demo key features:
