Are you a fan of the Ghostbusters? Do you have an iPhone? Want to help Capcom out by playing their newest creation? Well, you're in luck! Capcom is looking for some individuals to help them better develop their newest entry into the Ghostbusters realm.
Capcom wants you to help them test their upcoming iPhone Ghostbusters game. Just fill out a survey.
In order to help them out, all you have to do is fill out a survey and patiently await a response. The survey itself just asks the usual demographic questions you'd expect, but also goes in-depth about your mobile gaming habits to get an idea of how you spend your time and if you'd be a good fit for what they're looking for.
The developer, Beeline Interactive, already has one Ghostbusters game out that resembles other freemium city or franchise building games. Like those in the genre, you can trap ghosts, conduct research and earn money to further the ghost busting business. So at least they're familiar with the franchise.
What will this new game entail? You're guess is as good as mine, no details are currently available. If you do sign-up to play test for Capcom, remember that the purpose is to find bugs and to help to improve the game while in development. Contrary to popular belief, real game-testing is actually a tough job. You have to pay attention to all the minutia and write about what you find, it isn't just playing games for fun, though it is a lot of fun.
Don't be afraid of no ghosts and get out there and throw Capcom a bone. Making great games relies on input from a variety of sources.
