Resident Evil 7 The Experience is Bringing Real-Life Horror to London

Live the horror of Resident Evil 7 in-person as Capcom announces Resident Evil 7 The Experience coming to London later this month.

The experience will take place at London's East End from January 20th to 23rd. Think of it as a Resident Evil-Themed Haunted House based on the creepy locales of Resident Evil 7. You'll work your way through jump scares and puzzles in this 45-minute adventure. I suggest you bring a friend.

  • The location of the Baker family house is a secret! To take part in the experience you will need to come to the Sewer Gators debrief area at Dray Walk Gallery, located at 91 Brick Ln, London E1 6QL
  • Tickets are free but are on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Laura Skelly, PR Manager at Capcom, commented in a press release today:

For anyone who has ever wanted to enter the world of Resident Evil, now is your chance! We wanted to give fans a little glimpse into the Resident Evil 7: Biohazard gameplay, bringing it to life and allowing people to interact with the game in a brand-new way, and perhaps even having a chance encounter with some of the game’s characters. Playing on the idea of survival horror, we are really excited to see who will be able to escape the experience when it opens its doors to the public later this month.

Resident Evil 7 releases the horror on January 24th for Xbox One, PC, and PlayStation 4. PSVR users will be also able to play the entire game in VR as soon as it launches, provided they're brave enough.

Resident Evil 7 Game producer Masachika Kawata also shared his excitement about his game coming to life:

I’m extremely excited to see Resident Evil 7: Biohazard come to life through this Experience, and for participants to get a little taster of what is to come in the game.
