Project CARS Delayed Again
The much followed and anticipated game Project CARS has been awaited by the fans ever since fundraiser by the developers from the gamer community on a guarantee in share of profits of the game. Project CARS is a racing simulation game developed by the British video game developer Slightly Mad Studios. The game was canceled for release on the previous gen consoles namely the Xbox 360 and the PlayStation 3 and will be hosting all platforms including Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. The Wii U and Steam OS/Linux versions will also feature the game but their release has been delayed to later in 2015.
Project CARS Delayed
Earlier, the release date is scheduled to be released on 17 March 2015 in the US and 20 March 2015 in Europe which has now been delayed. This is not the first time that the game has been delayed so it is not a new thing for the fans to hear but the good news is that it has been delayed just a couple of weeks and the new release date is set for the 2nd of April 2015. This due to the the developers commitment to provide the fane with the very ‘best game (in-game) experience they deserve.’ As the head of studio at Slightly Mad Studios said:
“Moving a release date was not an easy decision to make, as we know our fans are eager to get their hands-on on Project CARS, but we know that these extra days will allow us to provide the best game experience that our fans deserve. We assure you the wait will be worth it when the game does arrive early April”.
That is quite a confident and positive statement which shows that the hopes for success of the game are high in the developer camp and will certainly encourage more and more people to buy the game. The game is popular is because of its one-of-a-kind simulation model that attracted not only just racing game enthusiasts but also the community at large. While the large scale community fundraiser paved way to make the popular even before the development had actually been started and hence keeping the enthusiasm of the gamers high. We will get to know more about the game when it finally releases on the 2nd of April as not much can be said because of the new idea. But what we can say is that it has already attracted too much attention to be marked right up there as an AAA title.
