Where's the Chapel Puzzle?
The chapel puzzle in Cronos: The New Dawn is hard to miss. Shortly after entering the Hospital, you will eventually come across a save terminal located in one of the side rooms of one of the main corridors. In a connected room, you will find a chapel with an altar, which you can interact with.
How to Solve the Chapel Puzzle
After interacting with the altar in the chapel, you will immediately understand that you need to place some items on it to solve the related puzzle. To do so, you need two items - the Chalice and the Vasculum. Both are found inside the Hospital.
Where to Find the Chalice
The Chalice required to solve the chapel puzzle in Cronos: The New Dawn is found inside a locked room in the Director's room. You will discover this room as you go through one of the Hospital wings while looking for the samples needed to synthesize the Biomass Dissolving Toxing. Inside this room, you will find a locked room which can only be opened with the correct passcode, 9509. If you want to discover the code yourself, however, you can find it in another locked room located inside the huge hall filled with Biomass at the end of the same wing as the Director's room. From the room' entrance, head to the left, then head straight until you can duck below the Biomass, turn left and shoot the gas can to open the locked door. The passcode is found on a document inside.
Where to Find the Vasculum
The Vasculum needed to solve the chapel puzzle is found in a room at the end of a dark corridor in the Operation Block. You will instantly know it is the correct corridor when attacked by multiple Orphans, so you'd better be prepared for a long and hard fight. If you have means of burning Biomass, enter one of the rooms to the left of the corridor to obtain plenty of resources that will make this fight a little easier.
What Do You Get For Solving the Chapel Puzzle in Cronos: The New Dawn
Once you have the Chalice and the Vasculum, head back to the alter and place the two items on it. You will receive the Chapel Backroom key, which you can use to open the locked door behind the altar. Inside, you will find the Mace JER-5120 shotgun, a modified variant of the Hammer which trades charging for a powerful double shot.
