Before you even think about downloading macOS 10.13.4 Beta 2, please make sure that you have saved everything in a secure location as the installation will require you to restart your Mac. Once that is sorted out, launch the Mac App Store, click on the Updates tab, wait for it to refresh and download the latest update from there.

The download process may take a while therefore take the time to make yourself coffee or plug your MacBook to a power outlet. As soon as the download is complete you can either install macOS 10.13.4 Beta 2 immediately or postpone the update for a few hours. If you have absolutely nothing to do anyway then it’s recommended to install the beta immediately.

If you are planning to install macOS 10.13.4 Beta for the first time, then you can grab latest release from the Apple Developer Program website. Of course, a working membership is required in order to go ahead, something that requires a $99 fee on an annual basis. Also make sure that you install the update on a spare Mac, if you have one, as pre-release software can have sever compatibility related issues with software that you own. If you understand this well and still wish to go ahead, then it’s entirely your choice.

If there is anything important in this release, we will update our readers about it immediately. But from the looks of it right now, it seems as though this is nothing more than a bug fix release that focuses on performance as well.
