China Gets Even Lower Zen 4 Prices Than US, Ryzen 9 7900 For $365 & Ryzen 7 7700 For $270
The AMD Ryzen 7000 Desktop CPUs keep on getting discounts throughout the globe & it's hard to keep up with who has the lowest prices right now. But, between the biggest US & Chinese retailers, it looks like JD.com has the best prices available so far on the Ryzen 9 7900 12-Core & Ryzen 7 7700 8-Core chips.
Starting with the obvious, the AMD Ryzen 9 7900 12-Core Desktop CPU is currently available for a price of 2549 RMB or $365 US. This is much cheaper than the US pricing which is $427.99 US & an MSRP of $429 US (a reduction of $65 US). The AMD Ryzen 7 7700 is also a deal breaker, offering 8 cores for just 1899 RMB or $270 US which is lower than the $295 US pricing we reported earlier in the day (a reduction of $60 US).
Finally, we have the AMD Ryzen 5 7600 which is available at a price of 1499 RMB or $215 US. This 6-core chip is now at its lowest price yet and a great option for those who are planning to hop on board the AM5 platform without spending too much. Now the best part is that all of these chips are Non-X variants rated at 65W.

These Non-X chips have proven to be a better value & buy since they offer the same amount of performance as the "X" chips with similar overclocking capabilities but far better efficiency. Plus you can get these chips for several dollars less than the "X" SKUs. The AMD Ryzen 7000X3D CPU prices on the other hand remain unaffected in China for now since the launch is still very recent. We are likely going to see some price discounts hit retail shelves around the second half of 2023. Just like the US deals, the Chinese retail listings also include a free copy of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor which is an additional $70 US worth of value.
