AMD's Radeon RX 7900 XTX has received its biggest price discount yet with the pricing of a custom PowerColor variant dropping below $850 US.
AMD's Flagship Graphics Card, The Radeon RX 7900 XTX, Can Now Be Bought For -17% Price Below MSRP
Just a few days ago, we reported that the AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX and the RX 7900 XT graphics cards received a discount with their pricing dropping down to $881 US and $719 US at retailers. It looks like that was just a taste of what was to come as Amazon US is now offering two additional deals with even lower prices for the XTX variant.
The graphics cards on the deal include the PowerColor Radeon RX 7900 XTX Red Devil & Radeon RX 7900 XTX Hellhound. Both graphics cards are full-on custom designs on the RDNA 3 GPU, featuring triple and quad-slot designs with triple-fan cooling solutions and factory overclocks that push clock speeds up to 2565 MHz. The Red Devil graphics card is powered by a triple 8-pin connector layout while the Hellhound variant is powered by a dual 8-pin connector layout.
As for the pricing, the PowerColor Radeon RX 7900 XTX Red Devil has a list price of $1099 US but is discounted by -11% to $979 US. Amazon US is also providing an additional $100 US coupon on the card which will cut the price down to just $879 US. This deal may not be impressive at first but since this is the Red Devil, you'll be getting your hands on a beast of a card which also happens to be one of AMD's fastest custom designs.

The second deal is more impressive with the PowerColor Radeon RX 7900 XTX Hellhound which has a list price of $999 US and currently gets a -7% price cut by Amazon US down to $929 US. The same $100 US off coupon can be applied to the card which brings its pricing to $829 US. Both cards come with a copy of Resident Evil IV Remake, further adding $60 US value to the deal.
The impressive part about this -17% price cut below the MSRP is that the 7900 XTX now matches the same pricing of AIB RTX 4070 Ti cards which are priced slightly above the $799 US MSRP. The RTX 4070 Ti is not seen as a great value at its $799 US MSRP, more so than the $829-$849 US custom cards so the 7900 XTX can be seen as a much better option that offers higher performance in gaming and also much more VRAM capacities. We can expect even further price cuts next month since we have the 4th of July coming soon.
