AirPods Pro Reportedly Arriving in Several Color Options to Match the Finishes of iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro Range

Apple was earlier rumored to be prepping a premium version of its AirPods called the AirPods Pro, with the upcoming product expected to offer a wide range of features, but rumored to carry a larger price tag. Fortunately, for those that want to see more AirPods Pro color options, your prayers might be in the process of getting answered as a new report states that Apple’s upcoming wireless pair of earphones might arrive in several finishes.

Several AirPods Pro Color Options Could Go Nicely With the Unique Finishes of the iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Pro Series

A fresh report from Economic News Daily states that Apple is reportedly planning to launch eight different AirPods Pro color options for customers. While eight would certainly be a lot to choose from, it’s possible Apple would be choosing this route so that customers of the latest iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max models could pair them nicely with their latest models. Right now, the report states that midnight green, white and black finishes will be among the options provided.

How to Download and Install AirPods Pro Beta Firmware

One reason why we believe Apple could end up launching several different AirPods Pro color options for the masses is that the technology giant also offers the Beats Solo3 in several finishes. Sadly, the only color available to customers in the form of Apple’s AirPods is a white finish so getting something new and different would be welcomed.

An alleged AirPods Pro case leaked prior to this report, but it was only shown in the color white, meaning we’ll have to wait and see if different colors pop up in the future.

What AirPods Pro Features Should You Expect?

Apart from the eight rumored AirPods Pro color options, the Chinese report also states that Apple’s rumored wireless earphones should arrive with active noise cancellation, a feature that was mentioned in leaked code found in iOS 13.2 beta. It’s also possible these AirPods Pro ship with rubber ear tips that would help cancel out ambient noise and provide an improved listening experience for the wearer.

AirPods Pro Now Has Find My Support in Case You Lose Them, With New Conversation Boost Feature, Spatial Audio & More

As for the release date and potential price, Apple reportedly plans to launch the AirPods Pro in time for the holiday shopping season taking place later this year. The new product could cost a fairly steep $260, but considering that Apple’s current AirPods with a wireless charging case sets customers back by $199, a lot of them won’t mind paying an extra premium.

Update: Apple has officially unveiled AirPods Pro for $249 with availability starting October 30.
