The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt has received another patch and the patch notes state an improvement of the texture rendering quality on High and Ultra settings.

Texture rendering quality for the high and ultra presets has been improved

The gallery below demonstrates the visual differences between the two patches, with both high and low sharpening. Note that patch 1.03 is first followed by patch 1.04 at high sharpness and then at low.

The texture detail enhancements are quite apparent. keeping the low sharpening setting after patch 1.04 is installed, will offer the same visual improvement introduced with the high sharpening option in 1.03. The full sharpening setting offered might be a bit excessive for some.

The Witcher 3 Hunter’s Config is a nice little tool offering easy access to graphical options, and it's certainly worth a look.
