February 2026 Nintendo Direct Partner Showcase: Everything Announced

Nintendo is wasting no time in 2026. Following the successful launch of the Nintendo Switch 2 and its launch window games, the Japanese company returned with its Partner Showcase format to highlight the third-party titles coming to both the new hardware and the original Switch.

Here's everything announced during the event, including new looks at new and already announced games and third-party port announcements.

Every February 2026 Nintendo Direct Partner Showcase Announcement

Orbitals

The Nintendo Direct Partner Showcase opened with a new look at Orbitals, the two-player intergalactic co-op adventure by developer Shapefarm and publisher Kepler Interactive, showcasing its anime visuals, tools, co-op gameplay, and wide range of side activities. The game will launch exclusively on Nintendo Switch 2, complete with Gameshare support for local and online play during Summer 2026.

PARANORMASIGHT: The Mermaid's Curse

PARANORMASIGHT: The Mermaid's Cure will bring players to Ise-Shima, Japan, a region rich in mermaid legends, which the player will investigate together with a cast of fascinating characters. Alternating between ground and underwater gameplay, players will be able to delve deep into these legends later this month, on February 19.

Captain Tsubasa 2: World Fighters

Upping the intensity of the February 2026 Nintendo Direct Partner Showcase was the announcement of Captain Tsubasa: World Fighters, a new entry in the series based what is one of the most popular sports manga and anime shows ever. With 22 national teams, over 110 playable characters and all sorts of special moves empowering offense and defense, the game promises to really bring the heat when it launches later in 2026.

eFootball Kick-Off!

KONAMI's eFootball series is hitting the Nintendo Switch 2 this Summer with eFootball Kick-Off! The new entry in the series will feature a World Tour mode where players will be able to build their own soccer team, participate in international tournaments in the International Cup mode, or enjoy plenty of other beginner-friendly modes.

Tokyo Scramble

Despite very different visuals, Tokyo Scramble doesn't feel any less over-the-top than the other games announced during the February 2026 Nintendo Direct Partner Showcase. Controlling Ann as she explores a mysterious labyrinth located under Tokyo, you will have to avoid the dinosaur-like creatures known as Zenos using nothing but your wits, and, optionally, the help of friends who can join in the action in local and online gameplay with Gameshare Support. The great escape begins on February 11 exclusively on Nintendo Switch 2.

The Adventures of Elliot: The Millenium Tales

The Adventure of Elliot: The Millennium Tales will be the next HD-2D title to launch, following last year's Octopath Traveler 0. In this action role-playing game, players will accompany Elliot on a journey through different eras, each featuring unique weapons and magic. The adventure is set to begin on June 18 on Nintendo Switch 2 as well as on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.

Super Bomberman Collection

An arcade game's core franchise in the 90s, the Bomberman series hasn't received much love in a very long time, but that changes today with the Super Bomberman Collection. Out now on Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 , this collection features every entry in the series released on the SNES as well as the first two entries in the series released on the NEW, a new boss rush mode, and Gameshare Support for some truly explosive fun.

PRAGMATA

The February 2026 Nintendo Direct Partner Showcase offered a new look at several already-announced games, including CAPCOM's PRAGMATA. Besides showcasing more of Hugh and Diana's space adventure and the game's unique combat system, which combines third-person action and puzzle-solving, the presentation confirmed that the demo released last year on Steam is hitting the eShop today.

Kyoto Xanadu

Mostly known in the West for the The Legend of Heroes and Ys series, Japanese developer Falcom returns to its Xanadu series with Kyoto Xanadu, sequel to Tokyo Xanadu. Combining 2D traversal with a Metroidvania flavor, action combat in 3D areas and life simulation elements, the new entry in the series will bring a varied experience when it launches in Summer 2026 on Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch.

Granblue Fantasy: Relink is hitting the Nintendo Switch 2 with Endless Ragnarok, an enhanced version of the base game, also coming to PC and PlayStation consoles on June 9. In addition to the base game content, the new release will feature new co-op quest tiers, an all-new solo mode called The Conflux, new summons to expand tactical options and Beatrix, Eustace, Gallanza, Maglielle as new playable characters.

Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection

Although very different from the main series, the Monster Hunter Stories spin-off series managed to get quite a loyal fanbase. As a gift to these dedicated players, CAPCOM provided a new look at Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection today and a nice surprise: a playable demo that is now available on the Nintendo Switch 2 eShop.

Arcade Archives 2 Updates and Console Archives

The February 2026 Nintendo Direct Partner Showcase brought great news for fans of classic arcade games. Not only will Rave Racer join the Arcade Archives 2 lineup on February 26, but the series itself is getting expanded with Console Archives, bringing some classic games released on consoles to modern hardware. The first two Console Archives games - Cool Boarders and Ninja Gaiden II: The Dark Sword of Chaos- are now out.

Resident Evil Requiem

Closing the presentation in terms of upcoming new games was a new look at Resident Evil Requiem. Alternating between Grace and Leon gameplay, the new trailer did an excellent job of highlighting the game's ambition, which will feature both traditional survival horror and action-oriented gameplay. With a Switch 2 Pro Controller featuring original art and two Amiibo for Grace and Leon, those planning to experience the ninth entry in the series on the Nintendo Switch 2 are set to have a great time.
