Tales Of Berseria Gets Gameplay, Combo Videos Taken From PS4 Demo

Tales of Berseria, the new entry of the Tales of series by Bandai Namco, is launching in Japan in two weeks on PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 and starting today, all those with a Japanese PlayStation Network account can download a free playable demo, allowing them to have a taste of the upcoming role playing game.

Several fans of the series have already played the demo and some of them have shared some interesting gameplay videos which showcase the combat system and what it's possible to do during battles. YouTuber Swillo & Bimmy Question shared a few hours ago a video showcasing the Tales Of Berseria demo Battle Mode as well as other combo videos for Velvet, Rokurou and Laphicet. You can find the videos right below.

Battle Mode isn't the only play mode included in the Tales of Berseria PlayStation 4 playable demo. The demo also includes a Scenario Mode, which allows players to get a taste of a portion of the game's story, including a few battles and skits. The demo is generally enjoyable even without understanding Japanese, so make sure to download it if you cannot wait to try out the game.

Earlier this week, Bandai Namco shared another Tales Of Berseria short trailer, focusing on one of the playable characters, Aizen. The character, who fights primarily with his fists, is someone those who have played Tales of Zestiria should know well.

Tales of Berseria launches this month in Japan on PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4. The game will finally hit North America and Europe on PlayStation 4 and PC sometime next year. We will let you know more about the game’s Western release date as soon as more comes in on it, so stay tuned for all the latest news on Bandai Namco's next big Japanese role playing game.
