The Frankly Skyrim Special Edition Nightingale 4K HD Armor and Weapons Mod offers scratch-made retextures of Nightingale weapons and armor with heavily enhanced normal maps.
The mod contains both 4K and 2K textures and uses vanilla texture maps that were upscaled with the use of neural network software. As can be seen in the screenshots below, the results of this technique are impressive for sure.
“Crafted with emphasis on the fact that this is a set of equipment that is passed through generations of Nightingales, hence the heavy weathering on the black leather”, mod creator ‘Borx25’ writes. “And it's the equipment of a daedric cult which makes the use of ebony decorations quite fitting.”
In addition to significantly improving the texture quality of the Nightingale armor set, the Nightingale blade has also been improved in both polycount and proportions.
