The accessory is said to be available in the U.S. on September 4th, 2025, for $149.99 and in two color options: Black and Gray. The tech giant seems to be balancing affordability and cutting-edge technology by not only offering some noteworthy capabilities but also bringing about a design that truly stands out.
Samsung's Galaxy Buds3 FE launches with AI features, a new design, and ANC support at $149
When you first glance at the design of the Galaxy Buds 3 FE, you immediately notice how it looks miles away from what the Buds FE looked like two years ago. The new earbuds tend to sport a stem-style design, stepping away from the rounder look and bringing the model closer to the Galaxy Buds 3. Samsung also seems to be bringing the new version closer to the aesthetics of the AirPods and opting for a design that resonates with users more.
The Galaxy Buds3 FE is said to come with an IP54 rating for dust and splash resistance to make the accessory suitable for traveling and use during intense workouts. In terms of performance, the earbuds are packed with Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and an adjustable sound mode that allows users to switch between immersive listening and situational awareness. The battery life is also impressive, as the accessory can last up to 6 hours with ANC on or 8.5 hours with it off. The charging case allows for the battery to be extended up to 20 hours. The call time, on the other hand, can go up to four hours, and eighteen hours with the case.

Samsung is determined to differentiate itself and make AI an integral part of its entire ecosystem. The Galaxy Buds3 FE follows a similar approach by extending support for Galaxy AI, voice translation, voice isolation, and seamless device switching within the system. With Google Gemini integration, there is more contextually aware smart assistance available directly through the earbuds.
The specifications show that the earbuds weigh about 5 grams each, keeping them light and comfortable to wear for an extended period. They are powered by a 53 mAh battery and a charging case with a battery capacity of 515 mAh. The Black and Gray finish adds to the premium touch of the new Buds FE. We see a major upgrade from the older FE models with more advanced features and a fresh design.
