OnePlus 7 Pro’s Official Camera Samples Show Impressive Detail At 3x Zoom
OnePlus is one of those companies who love to share details about its unreleased gadgets with the public. This is unlike mainstream companies such as Samsung and Apple, who remain tight-lipped prior to launches in order to build up mystery. Staying true to its tradition, OnePlus has now shared some images taken by the upcoming OnePlus 7 Pro. Take a look below for more details.
OnePlus Shares Official Camera Samples Of The Upcoming OnePlus 7 Pro - The Device Will Feature A Triple Rear Camera Setup
As we head to the device's launch on the 14th of this month, it's confirmed that the OnePlus 7 Pro will feature 3x Optical Zoom. This will allow the gadget to compete partially with Huawei's P30 Pro launched earlier this year, which has 5x Optical Zoom. OnePlius was kind enough to provide Wired with a prototype of the OnePlus 7 Pro for review, and the results of the smartphone are impressive in some aspects.
Now, in order to maintain hype around the device, OnePlus has taken to Twitter to release three new camera samples of the OnePlus 7 Pro. The images are of the same bird and are used to emphasize the smartphone's Optical Zoom capabilities. As you can see below, the OnePlus 7 Pro retains an impressive amount of detail when it's (seemingly) operating at the maximum allowed Optical Zoom.
While OnePlus has not provided any information on the OnePlus 7 Pro's settings when it took these images, we can still wager a guess. It's likely that the final image is shot at 3x Optical Zoom, and if it is, then the end result captures details and textures effectively. However, as it was also reported earlier, when the OnePlus 7 Pro is operating at maximum zoom, it does tend to blur out background colors, and this effect is visible in the last image in the gallery above.
It's expected that the OnePlus 7 Pro's triple rear camera setup will feature a 48MP lens with F/1.6 and OIS, a wide-angle lens with 16MP resolution and a telephoto lens with 8MP resolution, 3x Optical Zoom, 10x Digital Zoom and F/2.4. IT seems that OnePlus' fans with hefty pockets are in for a treat later this month. Thoughts? Let us know what you think in the comments section below and stay tuned.
