As we inch towards the iPhone launch in September, there's a lot floating out there. We've seen countless image, video and render leaks. These have managed to give us a fair idea of its design. Information on hardware however, is more rare. Following suit, today another image has surfaced. This claims to show the device straight off the production mill. Its got all the features which have surfaced so far.
Latest iPhone 7 Image Confirms Previous Leaks; Larger, Distinct Camera Sensor Present
When compared to previous leaks, what we see today just might be a bit more authentic. The iPhone 7 will be launched in September. Therefore, things should have been tied up nicely by now over at camp Apple. An alleged image of the device straight off of Foxconn has surfaced today. This shows a couple of things related to the device's expected design.
The larger rear camera sensor and redesigned antenna bands are both present in today's image. For those hate camera bumps, the iPhone 7 won't change things either. The camera sensor does look to have a more iPod -esque approach if you ask us. With the antenna bands removed, there's no contrasting element on the device's back. On the larger iPhone 7 Plus, there's been talk about a Smart Connector as well.
There are some rather nice looking stickers present on today's images as well. While there's no official way to know what the device will be like, the mill has been consistent in the past. We're more interesting in whether Apple's still got the dual camera in the works. It would mark for a nice upgrade, especially since the company likes to wait before implementing new changes. More images would surely be helpful in that regard.
We're also eager to see what changes the company introduces on the hardware front. Since 10nm is expected to come next year, there won't be much to change on the A10. Any upgrades in this regard should help the iPhone 7 sustain interest for another calendar year. A lot of sources have also been making some interesting claims for the device's price. The iPhone 7 will finally remove 16GB as the base variant. Furthermore, Apple will allegedly reduce the base price as well. Both of these should entice a lot of users to upgrade.
It's all a huge bag of salt at this point really. We've still got some time until the iPhone 7 is launched in September by Apple. Till then, let us know what you think in the comments section below. We'll keep you updated on the latest.
