HTC One M8 And One M7 Start Receiving Android Lollipop Updates
After much waiting and delays, looks like the moment is finally here for GPe users of the HTC One M8 and the HTC One M7. After considerable delays, Android Lollipop for both the devices has finally started to roll out to users. For weeks, Senior VP Mo Versi over at HTC has been raising and crashing user hopes within days by promising and then postponing the Android Lollipop update for Google Play HTC One M8 and One M7.
After Mr. Versi confirmed earlier that Google had finally approved Android Lollipop's SW sent over by HTC, Android Lollipop has started to roll out to the GPe users of the HTC One M8 and the HTC One M7. So if you're an Google Play users of the One M7 or the One M8, stay focused, the update should be hitting your device pretty soon as well.
But before you rush into updating your device with Google's latest, make sure to take a few precautionary steps before hand. Firstly, the Android Lollipop update for GPe HTC One M7 and One M8 is quite hefty in size. The update is 500 MB, which means that you should have a Wi-Fi connection at hand when downloading the update.
