1. Launch the Settings app on your iPad.

2. Scroll down and tap on Display and Brightness.

3. On the right-hand side, you will see a couple of options but focus your attention on the Home Screen Layout.

4. There are two options present, More and Bigger.

(Selecting More will allow you to put more icons on the Home screen, ultimately making them a bit smaller. The Bigger option will simply make the icons bigger, which means you will have comparatively fewer app icons).

5. Select the one that you want and that's all.

Once you exit the app after selecting your desired option, you will see that the app icons are resized. The operation is not that hard to perform and iPadOS should definitely use it for better utilizing the bigger display. You can now also connect your iPad to your Mac via Sidecar. Here's how.
