Step 1: The first thing that you have to do is press and hold the Top Button and the Digital Crown simultaneously.

Step 2: The display will turn black, but you have to keep holding the buttons until the Apple logo appears on the front screen,

Note: You must keep holding the Top Button and the Digital Crown even after the Force Quit Applications window and the power slider appear.
