[Update - March 30, 6:05 AM] Besides acquiring Medium and Small Bags, you need to get the respawning Extra Large Bag. This is the ultimate item that addresses one of the most common pain points in the game.
Original guide follows.
[Original] Inventory management is a constant struggle in the early hours of Crimson Desert. Since almost everything from gear and resources to ammo occupies space, your bags will fill up rapidly, especially if you like exploring the world and collecting every item you can get.
Without expanding your slots, you’ll find yourself forced into frequent, time-consuming trips to shops to sell excess loot or back to the Greymanes Camp to donate resources or store them in the Personal Storage chest.
Here's how you can expand inventory space to reduce the number of these time-consuming trips.

Acquire Medium Bags

The primary way to permanently increase your carrying capacity is by obtaining Medium Bags. These, however, cannot be purchased and must be earned by completing certain Faction Quests and Commissions, two of the side-quest types of the game.
Some of these quests may be small, mundane, and not particularly fun to complete. However, the reward of a few extra slots is worth the effort in the long run.
Acquire Small Bags From Vendors

The fastest and easiest way to gain immediate space is to obtain Small Bags. Almost every vendor in Pywel sells one Small Bag for the price of 50 Coppers, which is very affordable. These items increase your inventory space by 1 slot.
As such, make sure to never skip any shop you find! There is a high probability the vendor has a Small Bag on sale, which can make the early game way more enjoyable by reducing the number of your trips to vendors to sell excess items.
