Press Release - Thermal Solutions specialist GELID Solutions unveils its high end The Black Edition CPU cooler with the multi award-winning Slim 12 PWM and Silent 12 PWM fan. The cooler is a product of GELID Solutions GAMER product line.

The Black Edition 7 Heatpipe CPU Cooler For Enthusiasts

GELID Solutions has set their benchmark for CPU cooler to the next level. With 7 power heatpipes and providing the opportunity to attach up to 3 fans The Black Edition fulfills many requirements of today’s professional users. 3 pcs of 8mm and 4 pcs of 6mm power heatpipes were built into the cooler to ensure maximum heat transfer from the hottest area of the core to the aluminum fins at extreme condition. Then a unique heatsink design was created to achieve lower air flow resistance and to provide efficient air channels. The compact heatsink with even 7 power heatpipes ensures sufficient space for rams on Intel’s™ X79 motherboard. Thanks to the heatsink design up to three 120mm fans can be attached to the cooler. GELID Solutions provides 2 multi award-winning fans (Slim 12 PWM and Silent 12 PWM) with high airflow. Both fans run silently at low CPU temperature and thanks to their PWM fan control the fan speed accelerates immediately when CPU temperature becomes higher.

For the first time the high-end multi-award winning GC-Extreme thermal compound is included in the package. Additionally mounting clips for AMD™ AM2, AM2+, AM3, AM3+, FM1, FM2 and for Intel™ 775, 1155, 1156, 1366 & 2011 sockets including back plate for AMD™ and the LGA 2011 standoff are included. The cooler is RoHS and WEEE conform and carries a 5 year warranty.

“A must-have cpu cooler for all hardcore gamer and performance enthusiast“, said VC Tran Marketing Director of GELID Solutions Ltd.

The Black Edition is available now and has a MSRP of USD 75 or Euro 59.
