The latest entry in the Deus Ex series released last year on PC and consoles, Deus Ex Mankind Divided, is rumored to not be the final game to star Adam Jensen, as a sequel was rumored to be in development. An official announcement has yet to come in, but it seems like this game is still in the works.

In the latest episode of Podquisition, Jim Sterling talked again about this Deus Ex Mankind Divided sequel, which was already in development alongside last year's game. According to Sterling, some of the staff working on the sequel got pulled to working on Mankind Divided, slowing down the development of the new game, but last he has heard, this sequel is, apparently, still in the works.

As Jim Sterling himself noted, he doesn't know how recent this information is, so it's best to take everything with a grain of salt until an official confirmation comes in.

Deus Ex Mankind Divided is one of the best stealth games released last year. The game could still have been a bit better, but fans of the series and RPGs would miss quite a lot by not playing it.

Could it be better? Most certainly, as pointed out in the review. But Deus Ex: Mankind Divided is already great as it is, and you would be remiss to leave it hanging in physical (or digital) stores if you care the slightest bit about RPGs with a deep story, lots of choices and a cyberpunk setting.

Deus Ex Mankind Divided is now available on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in all regions. We will keep you updated on this potential sequel as soon as more comes in on it, so stay tuned for all the latest news.
