Cyberpunk 2077 May Be A Cross-Gen Title; CDPR Wants To Go “Beyond Gamers’ Expectations” With Next Game

Cyberpunk 2077 is currently in development for PC as well as for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, but it's been confirmed today that the game may also be released on the next generation of consoles.

During today's financial results report for FY 2018, CD Project Red Adam Kiciński talked about Cyberpunk 2077 extensively, confirming that development is in an advanced state and that it won't be influenced by any current trend in gaming.

Additionally, he also talked about the possibility of the game being a cross-gen title, noting that CDPR would probably release Cyberpunk 2077 on the next generation consoles as well if the opportunity arises.

Adam Kiciński also talked about the next CDPR game. The project is already being worked, and it will be a brand new title that the want wants to be beyond gamers' expectations. The team is much smaller than the one working on Cyberpunk 2077, but the quality is going to be as high as possible.
