Cooler Master a well known and respected brand in the custom PC case world, today announces the release of yet another MasterBox, the Masterbox Q300P and Q300L. These cases aim to pack a lot of features in a small size, for portability and modularity being the essential traits in this lineup.

Masterfully Done

The case supports mATX and M-ITX motherboards, full sized ATX powersupplies and up to a 240mm front radiator. This should allow anyone to create a small and portable gaming system perfect for a LAN rig or those with tight space constraints while still allowing a high end gaming system to be built inside. The case has support for dual 120/140mm fans in the front, a 120mm fan in the basement, two 120mm fans in the top and a 120mm fan in the back. For storage you have a single 3.5 inch drive bay and two 2.5 inch slots for SSDs. Finally the CPU cooler has a clearance of 157mm and the GPU has a clearance of 360mm

“Case options in the mATX market aren’t as vast as our community would like. people that want a compact, customizable gaming case can look forward to the Q300 Series.”

Matteo Stracciari, Case General Manager at Cooler Master

The Cooler Master Masterbox Q series features a rather interesting I/O panel, it can be adjusted to a total of six different locations having placement options on the front, top and bottom of both sides of the case. This allows the Q300 series to fit into smaller-than-usual spots at home or at the office. With the aforementioned mATX form factor and full size ATX power supplies the Q300 has a 28mm space behind the motherboard provides enough room to easily manage the ATX PSU and cleanly route cabling.

Cooler Master Masterbox Q300L

As the straightforward option of the series, the MasterBox Q300L is characterized by patterned dust filters on the front and top panel. These patterned dust filters are magnetic and can be taken off for easy cleaning. The case can also stand horizontally or vertically depending on your preference. Once the orientation of the case is decided, you can move the I/O panel to a convenient spot of your choice.

Cooler Master Masterbox Q300P

The added four handles make the Q300P easy to carry and transport, proving it to be an ideal case for anyone looking to complete their next LAN build, while the DarkMirror front and top panels give it a distinctive look. Two pre-installed 120mm RGB LED fans behind the front panel and RGB lighting at the top front illuminate the Q300P. One RGB controller is included in the accessory pack. Users can connect the reset button cable and control the RGB lighting directly from the I/O panel if the motherboard does not come with RGB capabilities.

The MasterBox Q300L and MasterBox Q300P are available for purchase online and in stores for a starting MSRP of £39.99 (Q300L) and £64.99 (Q300P.)
