Only recently, the Asus Zenfone 11 Ultra showed itself to the world in a massive leak. Confirming that the company has decided to rebrand its legendary ROG Phone 8 into a classier package. Now, we know that the company will release a smaller variant of the flagship, as well, but we are not here to talk about sizes. The phone has graced Geekbench with its presence, confirming many things about Asus' upcoming flagship.
The Asus Zenfone 11 Ultra could launch any day as the phone has just shown up on Geekbench with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and 16 gigs of RAM
The Asus Zenfone 11 Ultra brings to the table everything you would expect from a flagship device, to be honest. You are getting Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, up to 16 gigs of RAM, and possibly Android 14 out of the box, considering how most modern phones are shipping with the latest Android version. You can check the Geekbench listing below:
Now, it is worth noting that the Geekbench listing does not prove that it is the Asus Zenfone 11 Ultra. Still, considering the company has no other smartphones planned as the ROG Phone 8 is already out, we have a reason to believe that this is the upcoming Zenfone, and the RAM itself hints that it might be an Ultra variant. However, I would not be surprised if it is the more compact offering that is available in the market.
For the longest time, the Asus Zenfone series has been the go-to for anyone looking for a stellar smartphone that is small in the pocket but still packs flagship specs. With that said, the Asus Zenfone 11 Ultra will be the first Zenfone that breaks the rules of a compact flagship and will offer all the goods you found in the ROG Phone 8.
If you are in the market looking for something stellar across the board and not looking for something along the lines of Apple, Samsung, OnePlus, or even Xiaomi, then the Asus Zenfone 11 Ultra is a great choice. I am really hoping that a compact version is available because that will make the whole experience so much better.
Keep in mind that the Asus Zenfone 11 Ultra could be launched later this month at MWC 2024. If that is the case, we will be sure to keep you posted about everything there is to know regarding the Asus Zenfone 11.
