ASUS Stuns With Its 2026 Zephyrus Laptop Lineup: Duo With Dual 3K OLED Screens, G16 & G14 With Next-Gen Intel & AMD CPUs
ASUS is rolling out a big upgrade to its ROG Zephyrus laptop family with next-gen Intel Panther Lake, and AMD Ryzen AI 400 CPUs alongside the latest features & design changes, which make the Zephyrus lineup stand out as the ultimate portable gaming solution.
ASUS ROG Zephyrus DUO 2026
The ASUS ROG Zephyrus DUO is the world's first dual 16" gaming laptop, featuring power hardware that includes Intel's latest Panther Lake "Core Ultra Series 3" CPUs up to the Core Ultra X9 388H with 16 cores, and up to NVIDIA's RTX 5090 GPU. The laptop is a gaming and creator powerhouse that gives users five distinct operating modes, including Dual Screen Mode, Laptop Mode, Sharing Mode, Tent Mode, and Book Mode. It features a stunning design with a Stellar Grey color and a CNC-milled aluminum chassis with the iconic ROG Slash Lightning across the lid.

In terms of specifications, we already mentioned the CPU and GPU options, which are flagship-tier. Other than those, the laptop packs up to 64 GB of LPDDR5x memory, up to 2 TB of PCIe 4.0 storage, and has a 135W TGP dedicated to the GPU. Internally, ASUS is utilizing its brand new vapor chamber design that combines Liquid Metal and Graphite Sheet to deliver 0dB Ambient Cooling through the ROG Intelligent Cooling technology.

The Display is ASUS's latest ROG Neubula HDR, which is adopted by both 3K OLED screens that offer a maximum resolution of 2880x1800, a refresh rate of up to 120Hz with NVIDIA G-Sync support, and Touch screen with Corning Glass DXC protection. Both screens offer a peak HDR brightness of 1100 nits, and the second screen is 213% larger than the previous DUO. IO on the laptop includes dual Thunderbolt 4 ports, two USB 3.2 Type-A ports, HDMI, SD Card Reader, and an Audio Jack.
The laptop comes with Wi-Fi 7 support, offers 6 speakers (2 Tweeters + 4 Woofers), and a large 90Wh battery with fast charging support. The ASUS ZenBook Duo 2026 weighs just 6.28 lbs and measures 0.77 inches thick. With its 250W AC Adapter, you can get a 50% charge within 30 minutes. ASUS bundles the laptop with a wireless keyboard and touchpad, which is 5.1mm thick and adds a Type-C port for charging. This can either be docked or used wirelessly (Bluetooth).
ASUS ROG Zephyrus G16 2026 (GU606)
For the standard ROG Zephyrus lineup, ASUS is offering the flagship 16" G16 model, which gets an Intel Core Ultra Series 3 upgrade with up to NVIDIA's RTX 5090 GPU. The laptop will carry up to 64 GB of LP5X memory rated at 8533 MT/s, and strong storage capabilities through its dual M.2 slots with up to 2 TB of capacity. The GPU itself is rated at up to 160W TGP (Dynamic Boost in Manual Mode).

For this model, ASUS has kept the same design philosophy with a sleek aluminum chassis and slash LED lightning on the back. The laptop weighs just 1.85 Kgs and measures 1.49cm, making it ultra-thin for the specs it's packing under the hood. Talking about internals, ASUS is also leveraging its updated cooling system with a vapor chamber, liquid metal TIM, and not two but three fans, while retaining the 0dB ambient cooling option.

The display on the ROG Zephyrus G16 2026 is upgraded to the new ROG Nebula HDR with a 16" OLED panel with a maximum 2.5K resolution, a 16:10 aspect ratio, up to 240Hz refresh rate, up to 1100 nits of HDR brightness, and a 88.4% screen-to-body ratio. The laptop packs a 90Wh battery with fast charging support, enabling the 250W AC adapter to juice up the device with a 50% charge in just 30 minutes. The speaker setup remains the same as the Duo, and with WiFi7 and top IO capabilities such as dual TB 4.0 ports, the laptop is a powerhouse for gamers.
ASUS has also developed a new EasyLight hinge mechanism, which makes lifting the laptop display or opening it up smooth and simple. It requires minimal lighting effort, offering a fluid experience.
ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14 2026
ASUS is also rolling out two Zephyrus G14 laptops in its 2026 lineup, one is the GU405, which is based on Intel's Panther Lake CPUs up to the Core Ultra X9 388H, and the other is the GA403, which is based on the AMD Ryzen AI 400 CPUs up to the Ryzen AI 9 HX 470.

The Intel option supports up to the RTX 5080 with a maximum TGP of up to 130W, while the AMD option supports up to the RTX 5060 with a maximum TGP of up to 100W.

The internals also feature up to 64 GB of LPDDR5x-8533 memory and up to 2 TB PCIe4 storage for the Intel model, while the AMD model carries up to 32 GB of LPDDR5x-7500 memory and up to 2 TB PCIe4 storage.
Besides these, the rest of the specs are pretty much the same, such as the same sleek aluminum chassis with Slash Lightning, a triple-fan cooling solution with Liquid Metal TIM under the heatsink, and a laptop that measures 1.59cm thin with a weight of just 1.5kg. Both models feature a 73Whr battery with a 200W adapter that charges up to 50% in 30 minutes, a 6-speaker layout, Wi-Fi 7, and a combination of USB4 and TB4.0 ports.

Display on both models is a ROG Nebula HDR design with a 14" 3K OLED panel offering up to 120Hz refresh rate, up to 1100 nits of HDR brightness, and a 87.3% screen-to-body ratio.

The last ASUS laptop on the list is not a new variant, nor is it a Zephyrus model. The laptop is the ROG Flow Z13-KJP, which is designed in collaboration with Hideo Kojima's "Kojima Productions". The laptop carries a theme of the official "Ludens" mascot, while offering top-level hardware specs & design.
The ROG Flow Z13-KJP is made using real carbon fiber and has a beige + black color scheme. It weighs 1.75kg and measures 14.6mm thick. The laptop comes with a similar-themed RGB gaming keyboard cover and loads of other KJP accessories, such as a customized suitcase.

Internally, the ROG Flow Z13 remains the same, powered by the AMD Ryzen AI MAX+ 395 SoC with the Radeon 8060S GPU, up to 128 GB of LPDDR5x-8000 memory, and 1 TB of PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD storage. It features a 70Whr battery and supports fast charging with a 50% charge in just 30 minutes.
IO includes an HDMI port, USB Type-A + Type-C ports, and a MicroSD card reader. Display on the device is ROG Nebula with a QHD resolution, 180Hz refresh rate, 500 nits of peak brightness, and a 16:10 aspect ratio, all backed by Gorilla Glass DXC.
