The motherboard in question is the ASRock B550M PRO SE which is based on the older AM4 CPU socket. The motherboard features an 8-Phase power delivery solution for the CPU and is powered by a single 8-pin connector. The heatsinks are very minimalistic which should be expected of any entry-level design but you do get a pre-installed I/O Shield and I/O cover. There are four memory slots that can support up to 128 GB of DDR4 memory.

In terms of I/O, the ASRock B550M PRO SE motherboard packs two PCIe 4.0 x16 slots and a single PCIe 3.0 x1 slot. There are two M.2 slots with one being a Hyper M.2 slot supporting PCIe Gen 4x4 speeds. Storage slots include four SATA III ports and you can expect a range of USB ports on the rear panel. There's a single LAN port and the board comes with a 3-channel HD audio jack along with a PS/2 combo port. HDMI and DP outputs are also available for users running an APU or any Ryzen CPU with integrated graphics.

This white-PCB motherboard from ASRock could be a taste of things to come. The company has yet to launch such designs for the AM5 platform but we expect them to do so in some form. This board also looks to be a great choice for entry-level builds targeting the white color scheme. Availability & pricing is not confirmed yet.
