ARK DDR5 CUDIMM memory will be available in 16 GB, 32 GB, & 64 GB capacities, featuring clock speeds up to 6400 MT/s.
ARD5 CUDIMM DDR5 memory with SK hynix Native A Die listed by Japanese retailer, up to 6400 MT/s & 32 GB capacities per module
A lot of memory manufacturers have started preparing their own CUDIMM DDR5 memories but you can hardly buy one for yourself since they are scheduled for launch later. Meanwhile, a retail website in Japan has already listed a CUDIMM DDR5 memory for purchase.

As spotted by @momomo_us, the Japanese retailer ARK-PC has listed ARD5-C64G88HB-64B-D "SKhynix Edition" memory on its online store for 49,980 Yen. The price translates to roughly US$327 and will feature two 32 GB RAM modules. This is a CUDIMM DDR5 memory kit, featuring different capacities such as 16 GB, 32 GB, and 64 GB for individual needs.
As per the listing page, the DDR5 CUDIMM memory will use the Native A Die from SK Hynix. SK Hynix A Die chips can carry higher memory densities, allowing up to 64 GB per DIMM for enthusiasts. Not only can these bring a big memory capacity out of the box but also bring better power efficiency, improved bandwidth, and higher overclocking potential natively.
CUDIMM DDDR5 memory is expected to be choice for Intel Core Ultra 200S PC builders as they feature a CKD(Clock Driver) and ECC(Error Correction Code) for better performance and data accuracy. We have seen plenty of manufacturers bringing incredibly high clock speeds such as 9200 MT/s or even 9600 MT/s with Intel XMP 3.0 support and while the ARK ARD5 CUDIMM can go up to 6400 MT/s, it's still an impressive kit for mainstream users who cannot afford very high-speed CUDIMMs.
These DDR5 CUDIMM memory sticks won't have any heat spreaders unlike premium gaming memory modules but will be configurable for better CL timings and clock speeds. As per the listed specifications, the memory can run at 5200 MT/s at CL43-42-42, 5600 MT/s at CL46-46-46, and 6400 MT/s at CL52-52-52, all at just 1.1V. This is incredibly power-efficient and matches the configuration of Crucial's CUDIMM DDR5, which features up to 6400 MT/s at CL52-52-52.
The ARD5 memory kit will be compatible with Intel Core Ultra series CPUs and Intel 800 chipset motherboards, featuring Intel XMP 3.0 support out of the box. The manufacturer is providing a 5-year warranty + 1-month extended warranty for peace of mind.
Talking about CUDIMM memory, G.Skill's upcoming Trident Z5 CK modules have also been listed at US retailer, Newegg. The only kit that is listed is the 9600 MT/s configuration with two 24 GB DDR5 modules which have timings rated at 46-58-58-153 and come in a voltage rating of 1.45V. The non-RGB kit is priced at $389 while the RGB kit is priced at $399 US. For those waiting for higher DRAM capacities, the 64 GB modules are expected to ship in the first half of 2025.
