Noctua is renowned for its cooling solutions, such as fans, and we have seen several vendors utilize their designs over the past few years to cool down graphics cards. ASUS's partnership with Noctua is one example where we have seen triple and dual-fan designs, but Sycom, a Japan-based graphics card manufacturer, has also been making such models.

Unlike ASUS, Sycom goes for a more simplistic design for its GeForce RTX 5070 Ti, 5070, and 5060 Silent Master series. These cards come with a dual-fan design, featuring a full-metal shroud, heat sink with three 6mm copper heat pipes, a metal backplate, and 0dB operation.

According to Sycom's internal testing, the Silent Master GeForce RTX 50 series produces 34.9-35.9 decibels of noise at load and 31.4 decibels of noise at idle. For comparison, a comparative graphics card produces around 46-47 dB(A) noise at load.

In terms of temperatures, the RTX 5060 Ti Silent Master peaks at 79.1 °C with an average of 76.2 °C, the RTX 5070 Silent Master peaks at 81.8 °C with an average of 77.4 °C, and the RTX 5070 Ti Silent Master peaks at 81.6 °C with an average of 76.5 °C.

As for the specifications, Sycom sticks with the reference clock speeds across all three models. The GeForce RTX 5060 Ti Silent Master is a 2.5-slot design with two Noctua NF-A9x14 PWM fans (2200 RPM @ Max), the GeForce RTX 5070 Silent Master is a 3.5-slot design with two Noctua NF-A12x25 LS-PWM fans (1200 RPM @ Max), and the GeForce RTX 5070 Ti is a 3.8-slot design with two Noctua NF-A12x25 PWM fans (2200 RPM @ Max). The 5060 Ti measures 250x120x44mm while the other 2 cards measure 315x145x66mm.

Sycom will be selling the Silent Master series through OEMs and System integrators who will be using these graphics cards within their pre-built PCs. So there's no way to confirm the prices, but we can expect a slight premium on top of the PCs due to their silent nature. The manufacturer has a few of its own pre-built PCs listed, so do check them out at this link.
